At Viny, we want to get your new favorite shoes to your doorstep as smoothly as possible.

Delivery Rates

Orders over 179 AED: FREE Delivery (Standard Areas).

Orders below 179 AED: Flat shipping fee of 20 AED.

Remote Areas/Western Region: A flat delivery fee of 50 AED applies to all orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD): To make our shoes more accessible, we have set the COD service fee at only 10 AED.

Pay online via Credit/Debit card to skip the 10 AED COD fee and speed up your checkout process!

Note: All shipping and COD fees are paid to our courier partners and are non-refundable.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We know the biggest fear of buying shoes online is the fit. We’ve eliminated that fear with our "No-Questions-Asked" policy.

The "Perfect Fit" Guarantee

1st Exchange or Return is FREE: If the shoes don't fit or you change your mind, your first return or exchange request per order is completely FREE (Standard Areas). We will pick up the item at no cost to you.

Subsequent Requests: To prevent service abuse, any additional exchanges or returns for the same order will incur a 30 AED service fee.

Remote Areas: Returns from Western Region/Remote areas incur a 50 AED fee.

Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

1. Unused and unworn (no scuffs on the soles, please!).

2. In the original packaging and condition.

3. Requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Online Payments: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit. This credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase.

Rejected Returns: If an item is returned used or damaged, the return will be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges to have the item sent back to them.

2. Pack it Up: Ensure the shoes are in their original box.

3. Pickup: We will schedule our courier to come to you!

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
